Computer Fan Position

Hello,

May I ask if the Fans are in the right positions and direction (the top and the rear?)?

Seeing as how I can see the back side of the fans and assuming their orientation is the standard, these fans are set to push air into the case and not out. You should be flipping the case fans so that the front of the fan is facing inward to the case since that is the side air is pulled from. For front of the case you should of course have the back side of the fan facing into the case since that'll push air into the case from the front.

Nope. Top and rear fans are in wrong direction.
They should be oriented as exhaust.
