[SOLVED] Computer Fans and Lights work, No peripherals turn on.

This is an issue that began after trying Star Citizen and has since persisted where my peripherals lose connection yet my RGB lights and fans still work. The power button does not work and I must flip the kill switch on my PSU or pull the plug. I was able to restart my pc yet this issue continued for another couple days. Now my computer will not connect to any peripherals and my motherboard RBG lights are white instead of the normal red.

I have tried replacing my CMOS battery, reinstalling GPU, reapplying thermal paste to CPU, reinstalling RAM sticks and even running computer off 1 stick in DIMMA2(following my mobo troubleshooting booklet).
I have no clue what else I can do and want to get some ideas.

2TB HDD
750W 80+Gold Corsair PSU
CPU Fan: BeQuiet Dark Rock Slim

I attempted this. No fix. I also just swapped my PSU for a 850W one. The issue persists

get out mobo from case and tray with cpu, cpu cooler, one stick ram but ram must be in right slot a or 1 see that...
