[SOLVED] Computer fans turn on for second then turn off

Ryzen 3 3200g
Corsair Vengeance RGB pro
barracoota hard drive (2tb)
Kingston SSD (240gb)
Corsair 4000d airflow case
Thermaltake SMART 700 WATT PSU

The fans turn on for a split second then turn off the mother board has RGB that is on so I dont believe it is the PSU could I have bought a botched Motherboard. Everything is in the correct place. none of the boot lights come on when I press power

Bench test the system. That might entail removing it from the case.

I did figure it out, my CPU fan was plugged in upside down, now for the install it wont notice my drivers. this is especially weird

Before installing the OS, did you: update BIOS? and then reset CMOS?

tying now i get to the setup part and the key but as soon as I get to install its saying I have no drivers. Im trying installing with only one SSD in
