I just overclocked my amd fx6300 to 4.4ghz from 3.5 and it feels slower than ever. The temps are extremely good, so thats not the case. mobo: GIGABYTE GA-970A-UD3P gpu: r9 270x ram: 8gb ram. http://
In bios
Disable c1e States
Disable turbocore
Enable hpc (high performance computing mode)
In windows
Goto power option
Set to high performance
Run a prime95 blend test with amd overdrive CPU status tab onscreen.
Make sure all clocks are full speed & arecatv100% load with no fluctuation for the duration of the test run.
Make sure thermal margin doesn't drop below 19c.
Check prime worker windows for errors.
Edit - why are you upping the fsb ?? Change it back to 200 default mate - just use the multiplier .

What cooler are you using??
I cant seem to find the multiplier with this complicated bios? any other names for it? and c1e and turbo core is disabled. the cooler im using is a corsair h55
Overdrive wants to be looking similar to that while prime is running,100% load, full clock speed on all cores ,temps in green ,thermal margin at least 10c or above.

just had my first blue screen. seemed to be from prime95. Now i dont really know, the pc is stable but it seems really slow.
If you had a bsod its not stable mate.
Relinked the amd overdrive tab above in more detail .
Its good for checking temps,load/usage while running prime.
