Saved you some money, no good reason to pay more for that mushkin ram over this crucial ram.
You could actually afford a gtx 980, which will kind of help if you're going to stream and record.
I included a good monitor because, well it helps having a good monitor instead of a s****y one, but it goes over your budget and is optional:
