I don't know anything about computes sadly.. but never mind that, but Currently I am using a HP p2-1310 (specs are as follows):
http://h20566.www2.hp.com/portal/site/hpsc/template.PAGE/public/kb/docDisplay/?sp4ts.oid=5295976&spf_p.tpst=kbDocDisplay&spf_p.prp_kbDocDisplay=wsrp-navigationalState%3DdocId%253Demr_na-c03513421-10%257CdocLocale%253D%257CcalledBy%253D&javax.portlet.begCacheTok=com.vignette.cachetoken&javax.portlet.endCacheTok=com.vignette.cachetoke
My problem is that I am having severe fps issues while playing World of Warcraft, yes World of Warcraft...I am wondering if there is any low budget upgrades I can do to this specific computer to increase my fps or would I have to buy a whole different computer? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated, also I am having regular internet issues using chrome/internet explorer. Not sure if they are related but... yeah, Thanks.

Sadly, there is nothing you can do for this system. It has no expansion slots, so there's no graphics upgrade. Your cpu is not upgradable. A memory upgrade will be of no help at all as this motherboard is no even able to run your current RAM at it's default speed. Your best bet is to buy a new pc for gaming. As for your internet problems, it would be hard to say without knowing what kind of problems you are having. But I do know that Google Chrome is a bit more taxing on both your CPU and Graphics.
