Hey guys,

I've been scouring the internet for a solution for this odd error I get on every system startup. Typically I just lurk over forums and typically find a solution for this, but these errors seem quite specific, and I can't find any clear cut answers.

Every time I boot up my system, I experience a system-wide freeze that lasts approx. 30 seconds to one full minute. Sometimes longer. When this happens, I check my event viewer in windows logs, applications, and find my most recent timestamp usually has an error coded ESENT 508 and 533. They carry these details respectively;

ESENT 508
taskhostw (788) WebCacheLocal: A request to write to the file "C:\Users\jvil3\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WebCache\WebCacheV01.jfm" at offset 0 (0x0000000000000000) for 8192 (0x00002000) bytes succeeded, but took an abnormally long time (36 seconds) to be serviced by the OS. This problem is likely due to faulty hardware. Please contact your hardware vendor for further assistance diagnosing the problem.

ESENT 533
taskhostw (788) WebCacheLocal: A request to write to the file "C:\Users\jvil3\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WebCache\V01.log" at offset 126976 (0x000000000001f000) for 4096 (0x00001000) bytes has not completed for 36 second(s). This problem is likely due to faulty hardware. Please contact your hardware vendor for further assistance diagnosing the problem.

I am running Windows 10 PRO 64bit, with an AMD FX-8370 Eight Core, 24 Gbs of RAM, Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 6GB, 120GB SSD and 2TB HDD.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
