Have computer system problem, A CORRECTED HARDWARE ERROR HAS OCCURED. Reported by component: Processor Core. Error source Corrected Machine Check. Error type Internal parity error. Processor APIC:ID 1. WIN REPORTS FATAL HARDWARE ERROR
Have replaced psu, ram, mb, processor, vidcards, SSD and error persists. COMPUTER PASSES ALL STRESS TESTS, MEM86 AND Best Buy says it passes all their tests x3. Computer freezes when idle and only 4 second press will restart it. This happens at stock and when optimized with or without Intel memory enhancement. Running Win 11 Pro reload many times with latest drivers and updated Bios now at 1303.
Intel I9-13900K Asus Rog Strix Z790-E GSKILL Trident Z5 DDR5-7200 AND 6600 XFX 580 AND NO VIDEO and 2 other AMD cards EVGA 850 platinum WD Black 850X and Samsung 990 Pro, Steelseries mouse and key.
Any suggestions on how to get this computer to work? THIS IS THE LATEST OF MANY PC BUILDS I HAVE DONE IN THE PAST AND ALL OF THE OTHER BUILDS ARE STILL WORKING.

Running Win 11 Pro
where are you getting this install package from;
a disk,
a downloaded ISO,
Windows Creation Tool package downloaded directly from MS with their latest build?

and are you downloading/installing anything else from any possibly untrustworthy sources that have been installed each time?
Best Buy says it passes all their tests x3
what exact tests are they claiming they've run?

Will admit that on this computer and this computer only McAfee and MB do not load correctly. Reported errors to both, but no reply yet. They do run correctly according to both.

For completeness McAfee gives error "McAfee (.....) failed to start with error ....
MB gives errors MBAM (....) failed to start with error ....
and MBAM Cameleon (...) failed to start with error ...
So, does this have anything to do with the fatal hardware errors?

This persistent hardware error despite component replacements is puzzling. Ensure all drivers and BIOS are up to date. Consider checking motherboard connections, thermal issues, or consulting a professional technician for in-depth diagnostics.

When refresh win 11 from MS over internet, computer hardware is changed from "meets requirements for enhanced hardware security' to does not meet the requirements for standard hardware security'. Is there any way to stop MS from doing this?

Solved and got computer to run all hardware components at the 99 percentile with NO hardware fatal errors also cured all the script errors I was getting while loading programs that loaded data from the internet. How? Went back to loading Win like I did 20 years ago, from Read Only Media while NOT connected to the internet. After running flawlessly for over a month, Win suddenly started blanking the screens every time it "schedules a restart of the software protection service". It does this multiple times a day rendering the computer back to useless. Example is when MWB runs a background scan Win does the scheduling restart of the service and all screens go blank. If I do not reactivate the screens with the mouse, Win puts the computer to sleep. Is there any way to stop Win from scheduling this service restart, so I can get back to a usable computer?
