So a couple of months ago I got new hardware, mother, ram, cpu and I used to have Win 7 but my friend came over to install Win10 which went fine, but two days ago I logged on to my computer and then Chrome was acting up so I reinstalled Chrome, but then after about 5mins my computer would freeze and I would have to hold my power button to re login, but then it would do it all over again. Pleas if anyone could help, try and keep any instructions simple because I am very new to PC’s and would get confused easily.

Solution
lets check if same thing happens in safe mode - this will tell us if its software or not
from the desktop, go to settings/update & security/recovery
in right hand panel, under Advanced Startup, click restart now

this will restart PC into a blue menu - Windows Recovery environment
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose start up options
click the restart button
choose a safe mode (it doesn't matter which) by using number associated with it.
Pc will restart and load safe mode

Run in safe mode until it either freezes or goes past 5 minutes.
If it doesn't crash here, it could be software drivers
If it does crash, its probably Hardware

If it worked okay, and you sure its not going to freeze, restart PC and it will load normally. There...

Who made PC? Can you ask them for help as it might help if someone knows what they are doing at that end.
