Computer freezes after playing a game

Here are my specs:
CPU: i5 4460 (not overclocked)
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB
RAM: Hyper X DDR3 8G @ 1866 x 2 (not overclocked)
Video Card: GTX980Ti (not overclocked)
Power: EVGA 500W 80plus
Motherboard: ASRock Z97 64bit Win 10

Here are some brief description of what goes on. When I play a game at max config, it runs then while I play the game, it freezes, but for couple second I can return to windows and sound keeps on playing. But after that couple seconds, computer freezes except the mouse. Mouse is still good until i hard reset it. I can talk on skype for a minute or two after it freezes.I tried playing games with lowest settings, but with same problem. I have installed clean windows, also same problem persists. Games are Dota2 and Diablo 3

Does anyone have any idea what might be wrong with my computer?

run http://www.memtest86.com/ on your ram, you don't want any errors.
If you have samsung Magician installed, have a look at SSD smart score
run this on CPU and cross it off list: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/19792/Intel-Processor-Diagnostic-Tool

Which Asrock Z97? they have a few

Unless you running 4k you shouldn't need to play either of those 2 games on a 980TI at low settings, and I reckon they could be played at 4k with better settings on that card.

i cant seem to run processor diagnostic tool, it turns off as soon as I open it..
