Computer freezes and buzzes while watching YouTube/Playing Games

Hey Guys,
I have bought a new computer 8 months ago.In the first 2 months the computer worked fine,but then my PC started to freeze.It freezes when I am watching YouTube or playing a video game.
When it freezes it makes a weird buzzing noise coming from the speakers/head phones.The only way to stop it is to turn off the PC using the power button.I tried many solutions,but they didn´t help.After 30-60 mins of gaming,it freezes.
All drivers are updated.
What could be the reason?

OS: Windows 10 Pro x64
CPU: AMD A10-7850K Radeon R7 4x 3.70 GHz
GFX: AMD Radeon R7 Graphics [4857 MB]
Mobo: Asus A78M-A Mainboard
PSU: LC-Power Midi 420 watt
RAM: 8 GB DDR3 1600Mhz

You haven't included your motherboard in your systems specs. Please include your motherboard and the make and model of your ram modules/kit. Inclusion of your PSU and case would definitely be a bonus to help decipher if you are undergoing a heat issue.

Is this a clean install of Windows or have you undergone the upgrade path from your previous OS? Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the latest graphics drivers from AMD following this guide?

If you didn't see this happening on your machine before a Windows 10 update then you can try and perform a system restore to a point prior to this issue. Mind you please back up your critical data(if there are any on your OS's partition) before troubleshooting on Windows 10.

I installed Windows 10 from a previous OS.I reinstalled Windows 10 several times,and I have already done a system restore,but my PC keeps freezing.I already have the AMD graphics drivers installed.

i have the same problem, my pc keeps freezing and the sound loops quite randomly while gaming or watching youtube.
i´ve installed the latest drivers severel times and although clean installed windows 10, the probleme still remains.
i´ve run memtest86 over night and aida64 for five houers, no errors, no chrashes

amd fx 9590 + corsair h100i gtx water cooling system
corsaire vangence pro 2400mhz 32gb running on 1866mhz
2x msi R9 390
corsair hx1000i psu 1000Watt

has 390 overclocking ?
