Been trying to play Path of Exile and Dota 2 and both just are impossible to play atm, crashing and freezing every 5 minutes, the times this happens and I can alt ctrl del I can see that the disk usage is at 99~100% and memory too sometimes.
It doesn't happen in CS:GO but I feel like i am getting little spikes on my fps there as well.
PS: I used to play all these games on my GTX 750 TI and although it wasn't the best fps/performance, it would not crash. I left for 6 months and my brothers were using my pc, so maybe something went wrong there, but now I came back switched to a Radeon RX 470 and I can't play any of these games without the freezes and crashes.
I thought it was my HDD (because when I tried moving something from it to the SSD it was taking forever), so now I only have my SSD on.
Could it be the SSD? Or the GPU?

edit: I also had to switch motherboards, the one I'm using now is a AS Rock N68-GS4 FX R2.0
