Hello,
I am having issues with my pc where it randomly freezes and shut itself off while I am on Youtube (Google Chrome and now in-game).
My specs:
ADM Ryzen 3600 (not overclocked)
Corsair 16GB DDR4 RAM 3200mhz.
Gigabyte X570 Auros Elite.
AMD Radeon™ RX 5600 XT GPU.
Samsung SSD 970 and 960 1TB SSD each.
Seasonic Focus GX 750W 80+Gold

My PC habits:
With this set up I use one 1440p screen on 100 windows scaling and 144hz. The second screen is a 4k 150% scaling 60fps. I am a moderate user who has some tabs open on Google Chrome, Spotify, Wallpaper Engine, and a game open at thesame time.

Problem:
The computer randomly freezes on Youtube using Google Chrome now the problem is also in-game when I play online the PC would randomly turn the black screen. Can hear the PC sounds as usual until it freezes 5 seconds later the computer lags and restarts.

I found a few logs errors from the event manager:
  • The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.
  • Session "Cloud Files Diagnostic Event Listener" failed to start with the following error: 0xC0000022
  • Session "ETW USB tracing" failed to start with the following error: 0xC0000022
  • The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000116 (0xffffa28530d45460, 0xfffff8016b105040, 0xffffffffc0000001, 0x0000000000000003). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: caf847d5-b041-4b62-b200-86e65fa0c448.
  • The description for Event ID 0 from source OVRServiceLauncher cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer. If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event. The following information was included with the event: [LauncherService] Unable to launch: There is no active interactive user session. The request is not supported
  • Audit events have been dropped by the transport. 0
  • The previous system shutdown at 21:36:34 on ‎2021-‎01-‎06 was unexpected.
Upon further investigation of memory dump I found the following error:
  • For analysis of this file, run !analyze -vnt!KeBugCheckEx:fffff80154ff5780 48894c2408 mov qword ptr [rsp+8],rcx ss:0018:fffff584eeadfa00=0000000000000116
I have tried to resolve the error.
  • Reinstall Windows.
  • Update drivers.
  • Update BIOS.
  • Using a different browser.
  • Using a stress test to check the temps and stability of the system with results. 77C on CPU and 86C GPU on max load.
  • Using windows memory diagnostics full run results came back as clean.
  • Using memtest86 passed with flying colors.
  • Running a Samsung SSD test tool for SSD passed with flying colors.
  • OCCT test passed with flying colors.
  • Removing CMOS battery.
  • Rewiring my PSU.
  • Changing the power mode from high power to low power and disabling sleep mode.
What I suspect:
I suspect it could be my GPU or PSU. Either my GPU is faulty or can't handle the load or it's the PSU that feeds too much power.
Any suggestions on how I should proceed?
Thank you.
