Computer freezes and is making buzzing sound randomly.

Hello guys, I don't know what is happening with my pc, it making buzzing sounds randomly while im workin on it, gaming or listening music. I take a look on Performance everything was oka with memory and disk but not with the CPU as you can see on the picture CPU that moments goes up. I am using 4790k never OC on z97 board, cooler evo 212, temperature was okay. So this things happen almost everyday this last 1 month, I believe and hope its on software, windows 8.1 i use.
It happens before after I build this PC but only on Windows 10 so I bring back 8.1 and works fine, so now after 6 months the last format is happening again.. Any advice?

Hi there nicajd,

My suggestion would be to run some stress testing on your system.
There's a chance that the issue is caused by your PSU. Unfortunately, the easiest way to see if this is the case is to just borrow one from somebody and try it on your system.

Apart from that, I believe it will not hurt to test your RAM as well.
