Computer Freezes and Loops Last Sound Until Restart

Alright so I've been having this problem for about 2 weeks now I would say. What happens is generally when I am playing a more graphically intensive game ie: over watch my pc will freeze and loop whatever the last sound that was playing really slowly, making it sound very robotic. It will do this on average about 30 minutes after starting the game. This does not happen if I play games such as hearthstone that aren't graphically intensive. Occasionally after it crashes I will reboot and it will crash again in the first few minutes without any games running.

I've ran 3DMark 11 Basic Edition and it worked normally, showing no errors whatsoever. I've checked my hardware temperatures with CPUID HWMonitor and to my knowledge they are all normal temps.

I found one interesting statistic though, the voltages of my motherboard, at least to my knowledge seem a little off, especcially the +12v and -12v:

VIN1: 2.004V 1.992V 2.016V
+3.3V: 2.016V
+5V: 3.387V
+12V: 3.6V
-12V: -4.272V
-5V: -6.048V
+5V VCCH: 2.843V
VBAT: 1.644V

Windows 7 Home Premium (x64)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z77-HD4
GPU: XFX Double D AMD Radeon HD 7970 Ghz Edition
CPU: Intel i5-3570k Overclocked to 4.5Ghz
Memory: Corsair DDR3-1600 16GB
Storage: Adata Sx900 SSD, Seagate 2TB HD, Seagate 1TB HD, Seagate 500GB HD
PSU: Corsair TX50M

Any thoughts on what this could be? I don't have much computer knowledge but I'm leaning towards it being a power supply issue or a voltage issue on my motherboard.

That sounds like more of a video card issue. Happened to me too
Try monitoring the temp while playing the games using msi afterburner
However, try resetting to default voltages if there's any option in the BIOS. Are there any beeps ?

I occasionally get this in Deus-Ex Mankind Divided and find that a little patience means it picks up again by itself and doesn't re-occur.

Not to mention it happens to me almost every time on nfs most wanted 2012
And yes, after a few seconds, it should pick itself up

However, try resetting to default voltages if there's any option in the BIOS. Are there any beeps ?

I've waited at least 10 minutes and it doesn't recover. I also couldn't find a voltage reset in the bios

Well Try resetting by removing CMOS battery if that does not work then check out your video card I am pretty sure it's at fault

If you are running windows 10 it may be an issue with supplying power to the video card. go to settings-->system-->power and sleep-->additional power settings-->show additional power plans--> high performance and see if that fixes it
