computer freezes and makes buzzing noise when playing games and gpu is 100% for a while

Well when I was testing out MINECRAFT for my little brother because he wanted to play, suddenly my keyboard and mouse became unresponsive then my headphones started making a buzzing noise and nothing worked I had to force shut down my pc through the power button. Also everytime i play anything even in the menu my gpu is 100% sometimes it even went 102%. I'm planning on getting an EVGA gtx 1050 ti sc.

I have this pc :
CPU: AMD - Ryzen 3 1200 3.1GHz Quad-Core Processor
GPU: gtx 720 ti from my previous lenovo pc
PSU: EVGA 500W 80+ certified
MOBO: Asrock ab350m hdv
Memory: valuesecret 8 gb x2
Case: CiT f3
OS: WINDOWS 10 HOME

Note: gpu is powered by the rail

I'm sure it was a typo, A "GTX 720 ti" ?

What is "valuesecret"? I've never heard of that brand before.
