Computer freezes at bios splash screen

Hello there my computer is freezing at the bios splash screen and I have no idea why. I have tried everything, from removing all usb to resetting cmos/battery whatever, taking pieces off one by one to see what's breaking it to replacing the motherboard entirely. I am super out of options. Please help.

Motherboard: 970A-DS3P
Memory: F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL
Power: Thermaltake TR2 RX 750 Bronze
HDD: Western Digital 320gb
GFX Card: EVGA GTX 660

It sound like your motherboard might be at fault. try taking it out of the case and breadboard the system outside the case and using one tram stick at a time.
