Hello,

I recently just moved houses and moved my setup over. After o set everything up it freezes at the msi startup screen and makes a quick beep noise.

I can't press f8 or DEL because it doesn't do anything.

I had this problem before and fixed it by removing all USB's. I did that again but it's not fixing the problem.

I just disconnected both ram sticks one at a time and they're both fine.

I haven't used my computer in about a month but last time I solved this issue it only rarely occurred with the freezing.

What should I do?

- Windows 7
- 8GB ram
- Computer is about 5 years old
- intel i7

Solution
try reconnecting every connection inside your case, especially the graphics card

which motherboard, graphics card, cpu, power supply are you using?

UPDATE: Removed the battery from the motherboard because I don't have a jump nor a button for the CMOS. Started up computer and it makes the same default
Beep noise but now does not showcase any screen. Just black.
