Computer freezes, cannot move mouse, type, if music was playing it stops abruptly

So for a while now my computer freezes once a day only 1 time then when I restart it (Holding power button) it restarts fine and works fine for the rest of the time I use it. The issue is that the random freezing interrupts sometimes important things. I'm using a 500V power supply, AMD FX 6300 Six-Core processor 3.50 GHz, 16 GB ram, and a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 with 4 GB ram. I have no temps yet, but the computer only crashes once like I said so I am assuming that its a software issue? I clean installed a few times because my computer was getting a little slow due to low storage, I recently got 2 new drives I hooked up all 1tb because I thought my ssd was dying due to the random freezing (something breifly flashed on my screen during a reboot saying something about the drive or memory). I just hope its not the ram or gpu if it is a hardware issue. I did a ram test a little bit back and it said there was no issue with it. Any thoughts of what the issue might be?

Yeah he's right, your psu voltages seem off, and not in the crazy amount as if totally misreported, but in just sufficient amount to create issues. Can't be relied upon as hwmonitor might not be absolutely accurrate but coupled with your crashes, it's definitely worth checking your power supply.
If you've got a voltmeter, you can also attempt a manual check: https://www.wikihow.com/Check-a-Power-Supply
Not sure I follow, so you've replaced all of your storage drives, or only added a couple of new ones?
Use crystaldiskinfo to determine if they're in good shape. Are you running your CPU at stock settings, or is it overclocked?
Which exact PSU do you have? (make/model)?

My CPU is not overclocked, my PSU is EVGA 500 W1 80+, 500W Continuous Power. My hard drives are in good shape considering they where replacing my ssd which I thought was dying, so yes they are replacing my existing one(windows is running on the new drives and freezing has been happening before the new drives were put in). My ssd is still in my computer, just reformatted and using as dead storage for stuff I don't mind losing in case it is faulty.

Yeah it's definitely not a hard drive problem. It could be a PSU problem but I would think it's more likely a problem with your Windows installation. What version of Windows are you using? Have you updated it recently?

I'm using windows 10 pro version 1709 os build 16299.125.

I don't think its overheating jason201 because after it freezes once it lets me hard shutdown and it works fine for the rest of the time 9+hours I use it. I'll do the test though.

When's the last time you had a system update? It's entirely possible it could be a bad update.

I think it was a few months ago I clean installed windows 10 due to installing new drives. Just checked for updates and it found some new ones one for the OS. I'll see how it goes.

The temperatures look fine, can't really comment on the voltages however (as the +5 and 12V are displayed incorrectly)
I'd suggest you get a PSU tester, I.E one of these:

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Boladge-Detection-Display-Computer-Supply/dp/B073M2FFJ4/
https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA9F93GK7391

This would give you a more accurate assessment of the situation.
As said before though, you should definitely have a visual inspection of the motherboard.
