Computer Freezes Completely

Computer Freezing, No blue screen. just crashing on whatever is on the screen, have to restart pc. No error/crash report upon restart.

I have had the rig for over 1 years haven't had even the slightest problem until now, I would like to ahead of whatever failing before it completely breaks. if anyone has any insight it is appreciated.

Yeah you might want reapply the thermal paste (if you don't know how to there are many videos online that can help you) and also check if the cooler is working properly.

I have been playing games sometimes, others just viewing the web like youtube facebook etc.

And I have noticed my Cpu getting increasingly hotter actualy seen it around like 85-90 degrees C (when gaming ) so I would guess that it may be thermal paste or something really dunno though. but my hard drive and GPU temps are around 40-55 degrees C.

Not sure how I would see the usages at the time of freezing though
