Computer freezes during random times

Hi, I just built a new system with
2500k
ASUS P8P67 rev 3.1 mobo
evga gtx 570
8 gigs gskill1866 mem

All but the vid card are brand new, I am having freeze up issues and no clue what the problem is. I first got my stuff in a couple weeks ago and was getting errors, and at first thought was video card because I am getting graphic tears at the windows logo on windows 7 bootup.
So I RMA'd my vid card and just got it back today, first boot up no graphical tears at start up so I figure it was fixed. Then I get crashes every 5 min when gaming. My psu is the only thing I didnt upgrade but the voltages seem normal.
I downloaded the most recent vid drivers from nvidias site, first started crashing with the 275's and now the 285's. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Should I maybe RMA my mobo?

My temps are all below 50 every thing seems normal there. I am going to call evga and asus tomorrow to see what they have to say but any help from people not reading out of a manual would be greatly appreciated.

Conflicting 3rd party programs can cause alot of problems. First go through the "programs" menu in Control Panel and see if there are any programs you don't recognize. then delete them and reboot. next reseat RAM and video card, make sure the CPU is seated well. 50c is not too bad, but in mine, anything over 45c would cause freezes. So I got a CM 212, and the problems went away
