Computer Freezes for 3-5 seconds then resumes.

Hi!

While I was watching a video in VLC Media Player, my PC suddenly freezes with a 'zzzzzz' sound for 3-5 seconds before resuming to normal operation.

Should I be worried or not?

If it has only done this once and doesn't do it regularly it will be fine, it's just something went wrong, it freaked out, then sorted it's self out.
