Computer freezes from time to time, even after reinstalling the windows ( how ever didn't let me activate it)

Recently i built my first PC
Spec : Ryzen 7 2700x TUF x470 tuf 16GB ram Msi Gtx1080
My computer freezes from time to time even after bringing the computer to do a check up. They reinstalled the windows for me however window are not letting me to activate since it said it can't connect to the organization's activation server. This freezing incident happens 100% after I quit Battlefield V ( for say wait for 30 sec can move my mouse whatever but it will freezes 100% after this 30sec frame)
Any factors might have contributed to this unusual phenomenon ?

What version of Windows did you install? Are you overclocking anything (CPU, GPU, memory)?

Are Windows and your drivers fully updated?

did not overclock anything tbh I dont really know to overclock
I am using window 10 pro workstation edition
I believe everything is fully updated
