Solution
have you install any programs after that day?
if it is try, this in safe mode.
open run by pressing windows key + r,
or go to start and type run and press enter.
then type in run msconfig and click ok/press enter.
go to the startup tab and disable unwanted or unneeded programs booting up at startup.
after that click on ok and restart the computer on normal mode (and check if it run ok)

(optional)
check the computer with process explorer and see which programs are consuming your pc cpu/ram
link to process explorer: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896653
turn on the computer and keep pressing f8 before the login screen appears.
if the login screen appears, reboot the computer and try to get a menu where you can select safe boot with internet.
wait for some second and login in to your account,
and try to download mbam from http://www.malwarebytes.org/
scan it and remove the virus.

tip:if you don't want virus passing easy through usb , disable autorun
