A little more information about your computer, such as the case and components would be helpful, although I suspect a short somewhere.

Make sure the PSU wiring harness is neatly fastened up with zip-ties so that no spare cables, wires, or connectors can foul anything like a cooling fan or cause a short on the motherboard.
