I'd really appreciate any and all input.

My computer occasionally freezes when I'm editing in Adobe Premiere/After Effects and when I play Ark: Survival Evolved. (I can't recall it freezing when I play other games, but I really don't play many others frequently)

My specs are as follows:
Processor: AMD FX-8350 Black Edition Vishera 8-Core 4.0 GHz
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-970A-DS3P FX
Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA 550 G3, 220-G3-0550-Y1, 80+ GOLD, 550W
Memory: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3
HardDrive: SAMSUNG 850 EVO 2.5" 1TB SATA III SSD
Case: XClio Corsair Carbide Series 200R Compact ATX Case
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 GAMING, ACX 2.0 (Single Fan), 03G-P4-6160-KR, 3GB GDDR5
OS: Windows 10 64 bit--but it's deactivated. Need to buy a new license.

Thanks for your help in advanced!

On the Ark side, it's just a really unoptimized game and you shouldn't worry about that.

Your memory could be bottlenecking the GPU due to it being DDR3, but don't completely trust me since I could be wrong.

The PSU might be giving out, when did you get it? It might not be delivering enough power.
