computer freezes please help driving me mad

so I had a virus on my pc witch then downloaded a tone more virus so I unplugged my usb wifi dongle and uninstalled all the virus.The next day I get erros saying unexpected store expection when playing csgo and it kept happing.so I did a windows reset just to have windows on it and I install all the drivers update my bios all of that just to make sure that my pc's drivers are all update. well I installed csgo again it started bloody crashing over and over so I am about to throw the frecking thing out the window any help will be appreciated

Probably need to do a full format, wiping the drive clean. Something may have stayed behind, on just the reset.

I don't know how to format my hard drive but if I do so how will I download windows 10 again

Use the windows media creation tool, to put it on a USB flash drive, or DVD.
