Computer freezes randomly, without bluescreen. Lots of different stopcodes.

Alright, so I've been getting a lot of freezes lately. I turn on my computer, and about 5-15 minutes of having my computer on, my computer will randomly freeze - without a bluescreen, and sometimes with a blue screen. I've tried resetting my PC but the new Windows
reset option is very confusing and when I make a recovery drive I have errors. I think the freeze is from regedit, because it started happening when I DL something on regedit. (Registry editor) When I reset my PC I get "not in recovery environment." This is a very high end gaming pc and I just don't want to lose it.
Please help.

PS: Try to keep the words simple because I don't know crap when it comes to computer fixing.

Stopcodes are like: KERNEL SECURITY ERROR, IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL, FILE CORRUPTION, etc.

I have the same problem.. are you overclocking? Did you fix it? please help me too..
