Question Computer Freezes, Shuts Down and doesn't POST

Built my pc and has been working for months. It suddenly froze, restarted and now it refuses to post. I have had this problem for a couple weeks now and every time I think I have fixed it, it happens again. I have reseated every part, made sure all the connections are in correctly. removed cmos and put it in, same as for RAM in each slot then only using one in each slot.

I'm at a total loss and I am hoping someone could shed some light. I don't have enough money to try replacing parts at this time. I recently fixed it by reseating everything but only worked for a couple days before this happened once more.

check cpu/gpu temp?
test with the gpu out and only igpu?

When its normally running, its at 32c from motherboard. As it sets it doesn't even post

I have done that already and it still doesnt post. Just a blank screen

and you tested with the gpu out?

Yes, even tried different slots as well

then you need to test each component on a working system. or take it to a shop
could be the motherboard

any way to see if its the cpu? the first time this happened reseating the cpu fixed after I did everything else. when I turn on the pc, everything gets power, the pump runs and I can tell after a couple minutes one pump gets slightly warmer then the other and everything else gets on including case fans/lights.
