UPDATE: After cleanly deleting the 388.13 NVIDIA driver with DDU from guru3d and reinstalling a previous driver 387.92 i haven't encountered any issues anymore not even with the new call of duty world war 2 which came out yesterday ( this driver 387.92 is from last month ) 6 hours in now gaming. I contacted NVIDIA about this and this was a new issue to them, the agent confirmed this could very well be the problem after checking my MSINFO. He suggested me updating to 388.0 but i want to make it a 100% sure that the 388.13 driver is faulty so ill stay...
start by troubleshooting the OS.
Run chkdsk /f/r to check your disk.
clean out %temp% and %windir%\temp
run malwarebytes anti-malware
download sysinternals from Microsoft. Check autoruns to see what starts with the OS.

Also start taskmanager (and nothing else) and then do what hangs your PC. Then try to alt-tab to taskmgr.

Doing that now, thank you.

Did everything you said, nothing so far.

Enjoy your halloween.

I will if this helped i want to thank you in advance :)

if not ill post again.

It crashed on me twice today again, any other tips i might be able to use to resolve the issue?

Thanks.

I feel ya, but at some point the troubleshooting becomes more convoluted and time consuming than a re-install.

I feel like all of my clean installs were never really "clean" i use the windows 10 upgrade tool on a USB, is there a beter version i could use instead? i feel like everything its still bugged or got some errors at start

If you are concern, during the first part of the install, select to delete the existing partitions and create new ones (which will be formatted). Be advised that this will delete ALL data on your disk. But it is the cleanest install.

If i provide you with the extra information that these freezes/crashes always seem to happen when im tabbing out a game, and after reboot i get a notification from Bullguard anti virus that i got attacked by IP (varies) would that help in you seeing any other solution for this problem?

Hope this will help more people.
