[SOLVED] Computer Freezes, then No Signal while PC is turned on.

I recently changed my PSU and im still getting this issue. It occurs when im rendering in premiere pro in the last 5 minutes of my render.

I assume its a gpu problem, any advice?

Rx 5600 xt
16 ddr4 3000mhz ram
CX 550 PSU
R5 2600 CPU
500GB WB Blue SSD and a 500GB HDD

Have you run any stability testing?

Ram - I use memtest86 and run it overnight (6-8hrs sine my renders sometimes run that long)
CPU - Superpi (single thread)/wPrime (multithreaded), Prime95 (in blend), or Intel burn test
GPU - Heaven/Valley, Furmark, or 3Dmark

I've done all except for the CPU one, will do that soon. i got new ram, my gpu didnt crash my pc during those tests either.
