Please help, I have been getting RANDOM freezes ever since I built this computer 1 year ago. I may go as long as 6 or 7 days until a freeze occurs, sometimes 2 days, sometimes even 2 WEEKS I don't know. By freeze I mean whatever image on my monitor just freezes as well as the mouse and keyboard. Also, I THINK the red blinking HD light on my case just stops blinking. As the computer is running normally this red is blinking.

My CPU has not been overclocked, I have not touched any settings in the BIOS as far as changing voltages or RAM adjustments or anything. I am running Windows 10. My temperatures according to CPUID HWMonitor are: https://i.imgur.com/itmtN7R.jpg.

Last couple times it has froze is when I was browsing using Chrome or Firefox, but there was once where it froze overnight just sitting on the desktop, as I was sleeping with no applications running.

Hi, what do you mean by check? I do not have knowledge on what tests / programs to run to help with finding an issue. I was able to build the computer through researching and finding tutorials. I have not touched that part of my brain for over a year.
