Computer Freezes when clicking on taskbar

When I click on my any icons on my task bar to switch applications, my computer sometimes freezes. The lights on my mouse and keyboard stay on, but when I try clicking on anything, it just makes a beeping sound through my headphones. How do I fix this?
(I made the pc myself, so if I messed up in installing one of the parts, so that might be a problem, but I feel like I did it correctly.)

PC Parts:
cpu: amd rhyzen 5 1400
gpu: xfx radeon rx 560
mobo: msi b350m pro-vdh
psu: evga cx 550m (550 watts)
ram: patriot viper elite 2x 4gb
memmory: 1tb hdd + 128gb ssd
OS: Windows 10 home

How long has this been going on? And what changed for your PC (updates, new program, new hardware, etc) or did you just finish building it?

At first I used my old gpu from my old pc and it was fine, but I added the xfx radeon rx 560 and it started noticing it a bit, but I don't know if that's the problem or not. Also, I've noticed this happens more often when I have destiny 2 open and then I alt tab and try to open something else.
