computer freezes when opening programs, need help!

Hey guys! I'm seriously struggling here. I built my computer a few years ago and all was fine until recently it started freezing when I load any program. It will freeze everything including the mouse cursor so I have to reboot.

I cleaned out any dust, checked the ram with memtest, checked for loose plugs, swapped out video cards, reformated windows on my ssd, unpluged my other hdd and still get the freeze when running any program.

Please open task manager and see which processes use lots of resources at the time of the freeze.

Alright I'll check when I get home. I have tried a clean boot as well with no luck.

Here are the processes running at the time of freeze. I quickly played a video on wmplayer and it crashed almost immediately.

I swapped the motherboard with a brand new one and it still froze
