Computer freezes when under heavy load. Help

My computer freeze when it is under heavy load when running thing like windows experience index and minecraft i have tried:

• 
  New powers supply
  New CPU fan
  Tested RAM in different slots and individually
  I have ran a CPU diagnostic
  Updated the drivers

PC specifications:

• 
  I5 3570k + Intel 4000 graphics
  1TB WD blue
  320gb WD
  8gb Corsair Vengeance
  ASRock H77 PRO-4 M
  Corsair CX 600
  ThermalTake A31 case
  

Any help will appreciated

Start with testing your memory. www.memtest86.org => download => burn => boot to the disk, then make at least three passes checking for errors.

Just done that then no errors.

Next steps would be with drivers. Hit the ASRock web site and check for updates (or use their driver update utility).
