Question Computer Freezes While Gaming

In the last month or so I've started running into an issue while gaming. In the middle of a game (Overwatch for example) my computer will completely freeze. I'm not able to click, Alt + F4, Ctrl + Alt + Del, and there's no audio. I have to manually shut down my computer and turn it back on to get it out of the frozen state. I've also waited for it to bluescreen or do anything, but it just stays frozen. I don't believe this is a temperature problem, I've put my PC under load and monitored everything and temps seemed normal. I also just recently replaced the ram in the last week. However, my power supply is the oldest component in my PC.

Any suggestions? The issue seems to be getting worse. Thank you.

Yes I've done both, temps seem normal under load. Memory check came back with no errors, I also just replaced the RAM in the last week.
