Computer freezes while rendering videos but not while playing games

So, I have been having this problem where I will record a video and edit it using Adobe Premiere Pro CS6, but when I try to render it out, the computer always freezes and i have to press the restart button. My first thought is that maybe the computer was trying to do to much but this doesn't happen when I play games. I can play games for hours and nothing happens. So i did some research online and I saw to try a stress test so I got Valley Benchmark and ran it on ultra settings for almost two hours and it never froze.

I have: AMD Athalon X4 840 Quad core processor
GeForce GTX 1060 3GB Graphics Card
12 GB Ram
Gigabyte GA-F2A68HM-H Motherboard

I think they meant a stress test like prime 95. Sounds like your CPU may be unstable. (too high of a clock with not enough voltage)

So what do i do about that. I have a 500 Watt power supply which should be enough

Try a prime95 stress test and see if your computer freezes / crashes.
