The problem I'm having I think is with watching youtube videos. I'd say about 70% of the time when I'm watching a video on youtube my computer freezes up. The video will continue to play but the sound will get distorted and my keyboard and mouse goes dead. It locks up and I'm forced to restart. Now this first started happening on Chrome so I thought maybe it was Chrome but then I started using Firefox and the same thing happend. I'm not sure what to do. All my drivers are up to date as well. This build is only 4 months old. Any help would be awesome. Please and Thank you.

I'VE GOT THE SOLUTION, BELIEVE ME

I had had the same problem 3/4 months ago and I was about to buy a new laptop.
The after having tried EVERYTHING I found out the reason of that bloody Freeze: ATK package

You need to install the newest driver ATKpackage for Windows10 (you must unistall the previous version before) and you will fix your problem.

Believe me.

Please at least let me know if that helped.
