Computer freezes with Buzzing sound

My specs are as follows:
AMD Radeon HD6670 2GB DDR3
Intel i3 550@3.2 Ghz
5GB of Ram
Dell 0c2kjt motherboard
Windows 10 Technical Preview Build 9879
All other parts are standard Inspiron 580s parts
The side of the case is open

Every so often, about 3-4 days my computer will freeze with a buzzing noise. It started a month or 2 ago and it's really annoying me. I know that it's coming from the speakers and my theory is that my CPU is overheating. Any answers would be greatly appreciated!

HW Monitor. BSOD? Windows 10 is still in probe.
