Computer freezes with loud static

Hi all,

My computer will randomly freeze and all I can hear is a very very loud static/screeching.
This only occurs while I'm playing a game, seems to happen in any game I play (arma 3, witcher 3, world of tanks etc). It doesn't only happen after long periods of time while playing either, sometimes it'll happen 30mins after I've started up my computer and 10mins into a game, sometimes however it won't happen at all even after hours of playing. Computer doesn't drop to a BSOD it just stays frozen with this really loud static.

(side question): I also get the video scheduler internal error BSOD ONLY when I have any video from any service playing in fullscreen after about 30mins (youtube, netflix, anything on project free tv, you name it)

What are you temps? Have you tried another PSU?

as jasjar said + try to remove gpu and work the pc with integrated graphics.
