Question Computer Freezes with the buzzing sound only when I open games

PC Specs:
Ryzen 5 3600
Radeon 6500 xt
OLOY 2x8 kit of 3200 mhz ram
550 watt PSU
b450m steel legend mobo
2 nvme drives

So basically I have tested almost everything in this pc and tried troubleshooting. I have used command prompt to scan and repair windows and my drives both has worked, i have even done a fresh install of windows 11 but my problem only arises when I open any sort of video game title like valorant or overwatch or warzone my pc will freeze in the game menu and I will hear that buzzing sound. I don't know what else to try as the system works perfectly in light use like on chrome or just streaming. I have had this pc for over 2 years and this problem has only started recently. All my drivers are updated as well so I was wondering if anyone could help me out. Nothing on google has worked for me I have tried almost every online webpage fix and was wondering if anyone on here would be able to help me out. Thank you!

Sounds like a power supply issue. What’s the make and model of the power supply? And how old is it?

also, just a rule it out have you tested the ram

Will a GPU stress test do the same thing lock it up?
