Computer freezes without warning

So my newly built PC keep freezing without warning. No input works and the only way to reset it is the power button. At first I thought it was a GPU problem so I swapped my GTX 770 2gb out for my other one. (Both of these cards used to be my dad's) When I play games like rocket league and pubg it will crash either when I'm loading into the map and when I have quit the game. CPU temps have never gone above 50 C and GPU temps have never gone above 70 C. Please help!

CPU: Ryzen 5 1600
RAM: 8 GIGS of hyperx fury
PSU: Coirsair CX650M
MOBO: ASRock AB350M Pro4
OS: Windows 10 home edition

Did you do a clean install of windows? Not install a hdd with it on from something else?

I built this PC recently with completely new parts (excluding GPU)
I feel like its worth mentioning that the gpu is an EVGA Super clocked, and I'm not doing any extra overclocking.
I also don't have any SSD's, just a 1TB hard drive.
