Hi,
I recently replaced my motherboard keeping all other components: cpu, memory, ssd... During regular use, the computer suddenly freeze. There is no blue screen, no error message, nothing on system log. Is not only the video screen, because numlock signal stop responding on the keyboard too. I have to hit the power button to shutdown manually.
I already made everything I have knowledge: re-installed windows 10 from zero, removed all memory sticks and installed just one, reduced memory from 2400 to 2133 on bios, used a rubber to clean the sticks, removed cpu 2, then removed cpu 1 and replace by cpu 2, re-instaled drivers from manufacter website. In all scenarios I have the same results: the computer starts fine, I use Google Chrome, Cpu-Z, HWMonitor, stress cpu sometimes... suddenly freezes completely, even when nothing is being executed. I even used memtest86 in a pendrive, I test took more than 12 hours to complete, no erros detected.
From Huananzhi website I installed the latest drivers for chipset, sound, network. Video driver direct from Geforce Experience.
Curious is that if get into a game, like Civilization VI, it works for hours with no errors, but during desktop usage the problem happens between 5 to 40 minutes. I have completely no idea what it could be now.
Previous motherboard: Kllisre (is written Jingsha on chipset) ZX-DU99D4 V1.11, never had this problem.
New motherboard: Huananzhi x99 F8D PLUS.
CPU: 2x Xeon E5-2690 v4
Memory: 8x 8gb 2400mhz, the vendor claim to be the brand Kllisre, but they are recognize as Samsung M393A1G40EB1-CPB
SSD: SSD Adata XPG Gammix S11 Pro, 512GB, M.2 NVMe
Video: Geforce Galax 2080ti
PSU: EVGA Supernova 1200 p2
