Computer Freezing almost randomly

Mostly when i play games or watching videos but even sommetimes surfing on the net

Screen freezes. my keybord connection lost but mouse still has power.
I don't think it's a heating problem
My PSU is 320W
Core 2 Quad Q6600 2,40
4Gb Ram
Currently using 64 bit but it doesn't change a thing when i use 32 bit
Ati rodeon 4600 HD series

I think it2s because of PSU what's your opinions should I change it out ?

maybe not enough power you should defo change it out, what make and model is it , are all your drivers up to date ? have you cleaned all the junk from your system , have you defragged recently ? have you ran virus scans ?

I just boot windows.All of them is up to date.I didn't touch my main files though (another virtual drive) Power Supply: bross model ATX-230
