Hello everyone,
I recently bought myself a new PC and it was all fun and games for the first 5 months. Then this thing started to happend. I only play one single game and that is Counter Strike: Global Offensive. I play for about a hour and my PC just freezes and starts to buzz. I tried replacing the GPU with my friends one and I thought I solved the problem but yet again it started to to the same thing. My old GPU is definently faulty because it crashed on his PC too. Anyway, I still have the problem. I must replace the GPU and I will try to replace the PSU too but I'm afraid that I maybe won't solve the problem. My CPU is fine and I'm pretty sure of that. I replaced the thermal paste and it was never overheating either. The processor alone has 2 out of 4 fans I have in my PC. I could really use some help guys and some advices.
My specs:
CPU: AMD Phenom II x6 1090T 3200 MHz
GPU: Amd Radeon HD 6800 Series (faulty one that I will replace)
RAM: 8GB
OS: Windows 7 N x64
Motherboard: GA-880GA-UD3H
