First off i've read a lot of these posts and a lot of people have had similar issues but the solutions haven't worked, so here are my specs
Radeon R7 250x 2gb GPU
Corsair VS 450Watt
AMD FX-6300 CPU
8gb RAM
ASUSTeK M5A78L-M/USB3 Motherboard
I've tried swapping it out for another graphics card and i've had the same issue, i also checked and saw my thermal paste had worn down but i have since replaced it and i have also used SpeedFan to increase the cooling,
So I think overheating isn't the issue as of the thermal paste/cooling changes and also because I have used speccy to monitor it and sometimes my PC has crashed and rebooted whilst i have been innactive,
I also don't think the GPU is the issue as i previously mentioned i changed it and it didn't solve anything either, if anybody could give me any pointers it would be greatly appreciated! - i suspect its either got something to do with the BiOS, CPU or PSU as i have had it for about 3 years and if my maths is correct it should be sitting at about 390watts
-also all drivers are up to date and i haven't got a virus as i have since checked my anti-virus.
