Computer freezing and restarting; screen turns green; no BSOD

Hey there,

So this morning my computer froze and restarted itself which is really unusual. After that I was unable to get past the windows loading screen as it would freeze there too and I'd have to force a restart. Eventually the screen became tinted green. And then it was pink. The error menu that tells you your computer isn't starting correctly came up, but none of the options worked for me (fixing startup didn't work, no restore points (for some damn reason), couldn't roll back to a previous build).

I knew I had issues with this HDMI cord before, so I bought a new one. The weird colour tint issue went away, and now I can get back to my desktop, but it just freezes again and restarts with no BSOD. I am getting the "your computer isn't starting correctly" error again now too, but the tint issue seems to be gone. It DOES NOT freeze in Safe Mode.

Not sure what's going on here. Let me know what other info you need. Thanks a ton!
