Computer freezing daily

My computer recently started to have a problem where it will freeze once a day, when first turned on for the day after about half an hour to an hour. Not entirely sure what the cause could be and hoping if someone can help.

download ZHPCleaner and check for malware

It came up with some detections and had the program do the repairs. Will check to see if the problem persists when starting up the computer tomorrow.

You're probably infected..Why don't you do a quick windows reinstall? Usually solves the problem for me.

Just had another incident, might go for your suggestion.

Did the reinstall, but while using the computer it instead restarted out of nowhere instead of freezing up this time. Not sure about this.

a flaky PSU can cause hard restarts/resets if one of the voltages is 'browning out'....

If you have two RAM sticks, you might try testing each one individually in single stick config, albeit at a performance hit because of running single channel

From the looks of it, might just be the hardware having issues. Planning on buying new parts.

After a few days, the problem stopped occurring. Actually took apart the computer few days ago and put it back together and works fine now.
