My new computer build (Windows 10) has been freezing, requiring a hard restart. I'm seeking a hand from someone more savvy than myself. Thanks for the time.

Specs are below. Any idea what may be creating the problem? I've quadruple checked drivers so I'm guessing it's a hardware issue. Is the machine under powered? Perhaps a GPU problem? Any thoughts are appreciated. The PSU & GPU have been re-purposed from my last build.

PSU 750 Watt Corsair
Motherboard Asus Crosshair V Forumula Z
CPU AMD 9590
GPU Asus Radeon 7950
GPU Cooling NZXT Kraken X61
RAM 4x8GB G.Skill TridentX
Case NZXT H440 (stock fans) & NZXT Grid+
HDs 1 Samsung SSD & 2 WD disk drives
No Opticals
No PCI-Es

That's too bad. So, you are under spec, low quality and older unit from previous build on your PSU. I'm guessing you didn't know that the power supply is the most important thing in your system. Whether or not it is the cause of your problem I can't be sure, but, I am sure you need to replace it regardless.

Thanks for the information; I'm definitely an amateur when it comes to this stuff. Would you recommend stepping up to a higher wattage than 1000? Any favorites (preferably not breaking the bank)?

There's no sense getting a cheap 1000 watt PSU. You need a good one. The FX-9590 is a power hungry beast.
This EVGA unit is good and priced less than most other high quality units in its class-
