Hello I just recently did my first build. I'm running into trouble where my computer freezes and keyboard and mouse lights go out at the same time. My fans continue to work and all lights on mobo are going still.
I have switched from pop OS to windows 10 to make sure it wasn't software related.
I've checked temps during the freezes (as it happens frequently) and they weren't even over 40°c
Everything on the computer is new except the SSD and the graphic card.
Any help in this as ive been stressing for days.

GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 980
CPU: RYZEN 7 5700G
Motherboard: GIGABYTE X570 AORUS Elite Wi-Fi
BIOS Version: F35
RAM: 16GB (8Gbx2) Corsair vengeance ddr4
PSU: Corsair 850 gold
Operating System & Version: WINDOWS 10
GPU Drivers: up to date Nvidia
Description of Original Problem: Computer freezes and mouse and keyboard stop working
Troubleshooting: reset CMOS, updated drivers, memtest pass, checked temps at point of crash, I've switched to Linux and back with same problem, replaced Ram, prayed to elder gods and sacrificed a goat.
